Every technician at our facility is trained by the highest standards when packing your new animals. Each and every animal is securely placed in multiple poly bags to ensure no leaks will occur during transit. They are then sealed with a special aluminum fastener for a water tight seal. From there the bags are then placed into 1-2" insulated shipping containers to protect them from the elements and maintain consistent temperatures during transit. Heat and Cool packs are also used to temperature control the container. The containers are then placed in corrugated boxes for identification purposes and shipped overnight to arrive at your doorstep the very next day.
- All orders are shipped via FedEx. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and Fed-Ex tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order on arrival. Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent livestock from being exposed to the rain and/or extreme temperatures.
- Delays due to weather, mechanical failures, etc, which result in loss will not be cover under WWC guarantee promise.
- If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice.
- Package shipped to a Fed-Ex hold facility, must be picked up within the first three hours of opening.
- To ensure you receive the healthiest species available and to reduce the travel stress on your
