Corals will be double-bagged and contain hot or cold packs as needed.
No shipping outside of the United States.
Orders will be shipped out overnight only through FedEx.
Florida residents can choose Fedex Ground for around $20 or pick-up in store (please contact us).
All orders will be shipped out on Monday and Thursday.
World Wide Corals does not ship out unhealthy corals or frags.
We offer an arrive alive guarantee. If a coral arrives dead or severely stressed you must contact us within
2 hours and email a picture of the specimen. If you cannot send us a photo within 2 hours after delivery we will not honor your claim. You must sign for the package on the first attempt of delivery or the guarantee is void. If a coral is D.O.A. we will replace it, if not in stock store credit will be issued (NO REFUNDS) for the price of the item(s). Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
