When will my order ship?

Please visit our shipping policies for when your order will ship and arrive.

How do I tell where my order is shipping from?

Every item will be flagged for a specific shipping location and when checking out each order will have a breakdown off shipping cost's and locations.

Why am I being charged twice for shipping?

We ship from multiple locations throughout the US. Each box must be accounted for in shipping costs but don't worry we offer the lowest shipping cost's in the industry.

Can I place an order and pick it up at the store?

Only collector corals are allowed to be picked up at the store.

Can you send me a picture of my order?

All collector corals are the actual specimen you will receive so you already have pictures viewable from the web site. For any non collector coral orders such as fish. We cannot get an actual photo of your new specimen but we guarantee only the best quality.

What Specific gravity do you keep in your aquariums?

We have a general rule of 1.024 to 1.025.

What kind of quarantine procedures do you have in your facility?

All fish and coral at our Orlando, Florida location are quarantined and acclimated prior to addition to our tanks. Each animal is inspected for health and quality.

What kind of quarantine procedures do you have at other facilities?

We choose only the best importers in the industry to provide you with live specimens. We visit each facility often to ensure only the highest quality fish or coral are being shipped.

How do you determine if ice packs or heat packs are needed?
We check the weather at any given destination to ensure the least amount of stress on your new animals.
