You MUST sign and receive the package on the FIRST delivery attempt or either guarantee is void. Every technician at our facility is trained by the highest standards when packing your new animals. Each and every animal is securely placed in multiple poly bags to ensure no leaks will occur during transit. They are then sealed with a special aluminum fastener for a water tight seal. From there the bags are then placed into 1-2" insulated shipping containers to protect them from the elements and maintain consistent temperatures during transit. Heat and Cool packs are also used to temperature control the container. The containers are then placed in corrugated boxes for identification purposes and shipped overnight to arrive at your doorstep the very next day.
