- "I received my coral last week. It is cold here in Minnesota and I was a little
concerned that the coral I was ordering could get cold and I that might
have to wait for a couple of weeks for the temp to increase before I
could get it. The shipping tech assured me he would package the coral to
brave the cold.
I received the coral the very next morning and it was everything he
promised. The coral was quadruple bagged, the bags were insulated and
cushioned with about 6" of crumpled news paper all the way around the
bags. There were 2 large heat packs on top of the paper. All this was
packaged in a 2" thick styrofoam box., and that styrofoam box in a very
thick cardboard shipping box. This was definitely packaged by someone
who took pride in their product, and cared for the animals they were
shipping.
The coral is doing great and I could not be happier, The Sales tech. I
spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect coral.
He even recommended some great frags off a super nice colony would be
available soon, saving me alot of money. No sales person that I am
aware of ever do that.
Over all the customer service is 10+, the shipping is 10+ the condition
of the coral, again 10+. It just doesn't get any better than this.
Easily the best coral buying experience I've ever had over the internet.
I am definitely a satisfied WWC customer. I will definitely be buying from them again."

Before placing an order, I emailed them as I was placing quite an expensive order (for me at least).
They were very helpful through email, and responded immediately. The
thing that annoys me the most is when people take forever to email back.
I have email on my phone and respond within 5 minutes. WWC had really good customer service and emailed me back right away. It took less than 2 days to finalize my order.
I was looking for 2 specific corals they didn't have on their website, and I was able to get the 2 frags by emailing them.

Since my order was decently sized, they put together a really nice package price for the corals that was very reasonable.
All corals came 100% healthy and parasite free. All corals are still
doing great, and growing very well in my tank. 5 out of 6 corals came
fully colored up. Even as frags, they displayed almost all of their
colors. The exception was the 4-color milli which only had 2 colors.
This is 100% understandable as the frag needs to grow out to display the
rest of its colors.
Packaging was perfect, and all frags were of good size.
I am very pleased with this purchase, and I would not change a thing about the transaction.
WWC is definetly first class service and top grade corals. I will definetly be doing business with them again."
